Telegram bot

One bot sends alerts for every company. Companies connect their chats by pressing Start, so they never see the token.

In Telegram, open @BotFather and send /newbot.
Pick a name (e.g. OWL Watch Alerts) and copy the token.
Paste it below and click Save.
